Can my card be frozen?
It can happen. Known cases are on each card's page.
-
Who issues the card?
The brand isn't always the issuer. Known issuers are on each card's page.

How cashback works
- The cashback tier follows your membership score (M-Score) on the last day of the month, and that tier's rate applies to the whole month; several MEXC cards on one account share one cashback cap.
- The Visa and Mastercard versions differ in fees and supported mobile wallets.
- Pro cashback counts only Apple Pay/Google Pay payments; it is paid in USDs, which can only be spent with the card, not withdrawn, transferred or used to buy cards; capped at US$18 a month, and it expires after 30 days.

Check the exchange's regulatory status in Taiwan (for example, whether it has completed anti-money-laundering registration; Taiwan's Virtual Asset Service Act was promulgated in July 2026, and as of September 2026 its licensing regime is not yet in force). Virtual assets are not covered by Taiwan's deposit insurance. A platform may fail, freeze assets, or be hacked, and remedies may be limited. Assess the risks carefully.
