The Former MEXC × ether.fi Co-Branded Card
In December 2025, MEXC and ether.fi launched a co-branded Visa card (the MEXC × ether.fi Card). I applied for it in early 2026. At the time, the official promotion advertised up to 4% cashback, higher than the 3% advertised for the regular ether.fi card. I did not keep a complete record of the cashback currencies or their split; I remember it being divided between ETH and USDC, but that is my recollection, not an officially confirmed figure.
To apply, you first had to enter ether.fi through the card section of MEXC and open an ether.fi membership account. You needed accounts with both services. The rewards were tied to this specific co-branded card, under terms separate from those of MEXC’s and ether.fi’s own cards.
Around the same time, ether.fi also ran a “Spend, Eat, Earn” campaign. Eligible new users could earn campaign rewards on purchases at selected restaurants, supermarkets, and other merchants. That campaign ended in February 2026.
Can You Still Apply?
No. ether.fi says the co-branding partnership permanently ended on September 13, 2026. New applications for the co-branded card and the extra MEXC rewards have stopped. If you want to apply for a crypto card now, you can look at ether.fi’s own Cash Card. MEXC later launched a separate MEXC Card with different terms; those terms do not apply to this co-branded card.
